The Connect Project works with people who are in crisis, poverty or hardship and have concerns about their mental wellbeing. We believe anyone facing mental ill health for any reason deserves to be treated fairly and with respect. The Connect Service is ran in partnership with Cumbria Law centre and Citizens Advice Carlisle and Eden.

A hardship or poverty crisis can include immediate problems such as issues with money, food, gas/electric, clothes, furniture etc. It can also include wider needs such as housing, welfare, benefits and debt.

We help to provide a holistic service to people to help them meet their needs and develop a support plan alongside these other agencies if necessary.
