An announcement from Carlisle Eden Mind

Please find below a statement from our Chair of Trustees,  Dr Louise Nelson

Carlisle Eden Mind Limited wishes to announce the departure of our current CEO, Tara Quinn.

During her time with Carlisle Eden Mind, Tara has led the organisation through the very difficult circumstances caused by Covid and has worked with past and present staff to ensure the best possible delivery of services for those who have required our help and has ensured our reputation is of the best possible standards.

Tara has always been motivated by justice and ensuring that everyone receives the respect, services and support they deserve and are entitled to.

Tara has achieved many of her goals, and more, but has decided that It is now time to pass the mantle to others, as she looks forward to developing her own personal business venture.

Tara leaves Carlisle Eden Mind in a strong position financially and reputationally as a local leader in mental health in the County, with influence on a regional and national level.

Tara would like to say thank you to Carlisle Eden Mind staff and volunteers, stakeholders, local networks and those who have allowed her to support them in their lived experience for the past two decades and she wishes our organisation all the best and good luck for the future, and in turn we wish Tara every success with her future endeavours.

Moving forward, Michael Boaden will assume the responsibilities of the CEO as an interim measure and any queries or concerns should be addressed to him.
