Our Services…
At Carlisle Eden Mind, we provide a range of mental health services that aim to meet the needs of our local community. The Lighthouse is an evening crisis support service. The lighthouse provides support when most other services are closed. Mindline Cumbria provides guidance and support to those who may be struggling with their own mental health or supporting others. Our new You in Mind services offers support beyond immediate crisis to support individuals with lasting change and development. We can offer Advocacy support for Children and Young People is available through our Your Voice programme. Our training team provide training in all areas of mental health, delivering in schools, organisations and businesses. To find out about all our services follow the link below.
Carlisle Eden Mind offers a wide range of services in Carlisle, Eden and across Cumbria. With the support and guidance of our services, we want to see more people receive the help and respect they deserve.

Carlisle Eden Mind designs its services with community needs at the forefront. By consulting with lots of people in the community to shape our services. We hope to represent and consider the needs of all groups in our community.
Donating to Carlisle Eden Mind
We believe that everyone deserves to be supported in their mental health needs and that we have a part to play in that. As an independent charity we work hard to raise all our own funds to try to keep mental health services free, accessible and available. Donations make a real difference, enabling us to provide services to people across our community here in Cumbria. Your donations help to run Mindline Cumbria (our county wide listening ear service), The Lighthouse (our evening crisis support service), You In Mind (our daytime crisis support service), Our children and young peoples services which include advocacy and training. Donations made to us help to raise vital awareness in the community through engagement, education and free to access mental health resources.
Therefore We are asking for your help. People are looking for support and services that will help them to cope now and into the future. Our mission is to meet that demand and ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
