Our Services...
At Carlisle Eden Mind, we provide a range of mental health services that aim to meet the needs of our local community. The Lighthouse is an evening in person, one to one support service. Our lighthouse service provides support when many services are closed. Mindline Cumbria provides guidance and support to those who may be struggling with their own mental health or supporting others via text, telephone, web chat or email. Our You in Mind services offers in person support beyond immediate crisis. Supporting individuals with lasting change and development. We also offer a range of support for Children and Young people such as Advocacy support and training.

Donating to Carlisle Eden Mind
We believe that everyone in Cumbria deserves to be supported in their mental health needs and that we have a part to play in that. As an independent charity we work hard to raise all our own funds to try to keep mental health services free, accessible and available. Donations make a real difference, enabling us to provide services to people across our community here in Cumbria. Your donations help to run Mindline Cumbria (our county wide listening ear service), The Lighthouse (our evening crisis support service), You In Mind (our daytime crisis support service), Our children and young peoples services which include advocacy and training. Donations made to us help to raise vital awareness in the community through engagement, education and free to access mental health resources.
